A man suffered life-threatening injuries during an early morning shooting on Saturday.
Police said the incident took place around 1 a.m. at 5404 Falsbridge Drive N.E., which appears to be an alleyway behind a shopping area in the Falconridge community. The victim suffered gunshot wounds and went to a nearby Subway restaurant for help, said authorities.
EMS assessed the man on scene and transported him to the hospital with critical injuries.
Police said they have since been deemed non-life threatening.
There are no suspects at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
